Comfort in Our Private Rooms

Your comfort before, during, and after giving birth is a priority. That’s why we offer state-of-the-art private labor and delivery rooms in The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Center for Labor and Birth. All rooms feature modern technology and comfort devices to support your labor and birth.

After giving birth, we’re excited to welcome you and your family to our newly renovated private postpartum rooms. Every patient enjoys a private room, offering comfortable accommodations and advanced medical technology to support your recovery and newborn care. The majority of rooms feature Central Park views.

Specialized Care for Extra Support

If you or your baby need additional support, we’re prepared to help. Our maternal-fetal medicine high-risk pregnancy specialists are experts in caring for pregnancies with complicated maternal medical conditions, fetal anomalies, and other pregnancy-related complications. If your baby needs extra support, our neonatal intensive care unit is always ready. With a dedicated team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and advanced technology, we provide the highest level of care for your newborn. We want you to feel safe, supported, and confident as you begin this incredible journey.

Childbirth Education Classes
We offer a range of childbirth education courses to help you prepare for the big day. Our classes cover:

• Pain management, breathing, and relaxation techniques
• Cesarean birth
• Analgesia and anesthesia options
• Nutritional needs during pregnancy
• Breastfeeding
• Caring for a newborn

In addition, we have classes in comfort measures during labor and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation. We can also arrange for private classes upon request.
