Make It Easy—and Secure to Log On

Your personal health information is literally at your fingertips on your smartphone. It’s easy to set up Touch ID, Face ID, a numeric passcode, or just use your password to log on. It’s your choice.

  1. Log into the app on your phone: Once you log in, click the menu button and look for “Account Settings.”
  2. Select your preferred authentication method: You will see toggle buttons for “Use Passcode,” “Use Touch ID,” “Use Face ID,” or “Use Biometric Login,” depending on your phone. Toggle the button for the method you prefer and complete the prompts.

How to Sign Up

For Mobile: The MyMountSinai® mobile app is free to download and use. Just go to the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you download the app, you can log in with your MyChart username and password, or register if you are a new patient.

For Desktop: You can continue to access MyChart on your desktop at mychart.mountsinai.org. You can log in with your MyChart username and password, or register if you are a new patient.

CLEAR – MyMountSinai Account Creation and Password Reset
