RMTI Walkers Raise Funds for Liver Disease

$4,000 will go to research, education and advocacy

Team Mount Sinai/RMTI joined forces with the American Liver Foundation to participate in the annual Liver Life Walk. Mount Sinai had more than 40 walkers and raised over $4,000 to help raise awareness and end the devastating effects of liver disease.

The American Liver Foundation is the nation’s leading nonprofit organization promoting liver health and disease prevention. The foundation provides research, education and advocacy for those affected by liver-related diseases, including hepatitis.
