Since 2018, the podcast, Road to Resilience, has been inspiring listeners with stories of resilience and the power of the human spirit. The podcast was inspired by the book, Resilience: The Science of Mastering Life's Greatest Challenges, a practical resource describing personal experiences and ten factors that comprise resilience, co-authored by Dennis S. Charney, MD, Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Dean of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and resilience expert, and Jonathan Depierro, PhD, Associate Director of the Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth.
