NICU New Grad RN Fellowship Program

Nurses are at the heart of neonatal healthcare, showcasing compassion, and valued expertise as they provide and coordinate patient-centered care around the clock. This post-Baccalaureate training program is designed to empower freshly graduated nurses with specialized knowledge and skills in the field of neonatal intensive care. Over the course of an enriching 24-week journey, our RN fellows engage in rigorous academic lectures on neonatal care, perfect their skills in state-of-the-art simulation labs, and gain hands-on experience by rotating through various neonatal units. Upon completion, our graduates emerge as well-rounded nurses, fully equipped to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for our youngest neonatal intensive care unit patients.
