Dr. Oliver’s influence extends beyond the hospital walls. This work has driven measurable improvements in health outcomes and informed citywide public health initiatives through curriculum development and policy reform.

Dr. Oliver holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University. She was named to Becker’s Hospital Review list of 66 CNOs of Hospitals and Health Systems to Know in 2022 for her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. That same year, she was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, recognizing her sustained impact on healthcare delivery and outcomes. In 2023, she was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the New York Academy of Medicine, further underscoring her influence in shaping health policy and advancing public health.

Dr. Oliver’s recent accolades include the 2025 PACE Changemaker in Healthcare Award and the 2025 Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY) Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Award. She was also named the inaugural Edgar M.
