Nursing Research Day 2023

Join the Center for Nursing Research and Innovation at Mount Sinai for Nursing Research Day, an annual conference featuring discussions with nurse researchers from across the nation and presentations by nurses from the greater New York nursing community and throughout the Mount Sinai Health System. This year’s event will feature nearly 130 participants, representing all Mount Sinai hospitals and ambulatory sites, three Mount Sinai research and practice centers, the Icahn School of Medicine, and the Phillips School of Nursing. 
  
The theme for this year’s event is “Crossing the Divide: The Role of Nursing in Navigating Transitions of Care.” Participants will explore how the past, present, and future of nursing is rooted in caring for patients and their loved ones as they transition across settings of care, stages of health, and seasons of life. The discussion will highlight research that is shaping nursing practice and policy across the United States, with special emphasis on the intersection of community resources and support.
