Office of Surgical Outcomes and Quality Improvement (SOQI)
The primary goal of the Surgical Quality program is to ensure a smooth, predictable, and supportive surgical experience, no matter which Mount Sinai location you choose for your procedure. As a patient-facing surgery, having confidence that you will receive outstanding care and knowing what to expect can make a difficult process much easier. The Mount Sinai SOQI team works diligently to ensure the highest clinical standards and most efficient processes are in place so that we can focus on what matters - you.
As part of our commitment to you, one of our team members may reach out to you after your surgery or follow-up appointment to ensure that you are feeling your best as you continue to heal post-surgery.
