Glasses Meant To Improve Focus Claim to Provide a Window to Our Brains
Wearable technology lets us track the steps we take, the good we eat and even how we sleep. Now, a new device claims to show us how we think and provides a window to our brain. But there were some doubts. “The question is what are we really measuring with these sensors, and how informative is that information,” Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Heather Berlin said. Berlin questions the effectiveness of the devices, saying sometimes just a simple change in routine or even physical exercise can bring back focus and help brain function.
