New York: Membership offers access to both of our state-of-the-art health centers—one in Hudson Yards, convenient to the West Side of Manhattan, and one on the Upper East Side. In addition to selecting your dedicated primary care physician, each location offers its own specialties and on-site services, including pediatrics, behavioral health, physical therapy, cardiology, dermatology, gynecology, labs, and X-ray. A Premier Health Navigator will ensure that your care is seamless—whether you’re visiting our centers, receiving care at home, or accessing services within the Mount Sinai Health System.

Florida: At Mount Sinai New York-Concierge Care, our members have 24/7 access to specialists, and after-hours urgent care in partnership with Sollis Health. Your membership also includes annual cardiology and dermatology assessments, nutrition and psychology consultation, and access to our skin care Medi-Spa. Members have access to the full resources of the Mount Sinai Health System via telehealth. We have offices conveniently located in downtown West Palm Beach and Jupiter.
