A New York City police officer stabbed in the temple with a switchblade that pierced his brain has left the hospital. Officer Eder Loor was injured on April 17 while answering a call about an emotionally disturbed person in East Harlem. He was released from The Mount Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday afternoon.
