Medicaid inspector general saved New York $3.2B in 2021, report finds
Researchers at the Yue Laboratory at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai have received the 2022 Parkinson’s Foundation Research Center Award, a grant totaling $2 million. The researchers will study a part of the brain associated with developing Parkinson’s disease, a brain disorder that causes uncontrollable movements, to better understand why certain cells in that region are vulnerable and identify treatment strategies.
