Remembering 911: Dr. Charles A. Powell Receives Recognition of Excellence in Service Award

The Department of Preventative Medicine World Trade Center program thanked Dr. Charles A. Powell, Mount Sinai Chief of the Catherine and Henry J. Gaisman Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine for the Division's support of the World Trade Center Programs at Mount Sinai.  This partnership with the World Trade Center program has been critical to the program's success. To date, Mount Sinai WTC programs have provided over 30,000 World Trade Center Responders with monitoring, diagnostic and treatment services.  The event was held at The New York Academy of Medicine Library on Tuesday, September 11, 2013.
