Dr. Evan Flatow is chair of the orthopedics department at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and is past-president of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. Dr. Flatow earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed residencies at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center and Columbia's Presbyterian Medical Center, both in New York City.
