"Dr. James Gladstone Teams With Physical Therapist for Youth ACL Tear Prevention Program"

James Gladstone, MD, associate professor of orthopedic surgery and co-chief of the division of sports medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, has teamed with a physical therapist to develop a conditioning program with the goal of preventing ACL tears among youth athletes. The new program will use high intensity speed and agility drills, cutting, running, jumping and overall strength training to prevent injury. Learn more
