Diabetes is a complex disease. To stay healthy, you have to take care of it every day. You need to make healthy food choices, stay physically active, monitor your blood sugar, and take your medicine. Our Diabetes Education Program care team can help you handle all these activities.

- One-on-one training and group classes taught by Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists
- Training in fingerstick blood glucose monitoring
- Insulin pump education
- Continuous glucose sensor education and services

Comprehensive Wound Care Center
This Center provides treatment for diabetic wounds and ulcers. Our experts use the latest equipment and treatments.
Free Diabetes Support Group Meetings

Diabetes and Pregnancy Program
This program is aimed for women with any type of diabetes at all stages of pregnancy. We start even before you get pregnant and can provide advice and information until after the baby is born. Our team includes high-risk OBGYN doctors, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, and nurses.
You have access to:
- State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
- Insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring devices
- One-on-one nutritional counseling
