"Italian Consulate in New York hosts International Workplace Health Panel Discussion with Mount Sinai Experts"

New York-based consular and UN Mission representatives gathered at the Italian Consulate General in New York to learn about best practices in occupational medicine and how to establish integrated workplace programs that prevent injuries and illnesses and promote health.  Mount Sinai occupational health experts Dr. Roberto Lucchini and Dr. Ismail Nabeel discussed the state of occupational health and safety in New York. They were joined by Dr. Maurilio Missere from Ferrari who highlighted the automaker’s programs in Italy as a comparative model.  Officials represented Brazil, Bulgaria, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Malta, Norway, Kazakhstan, Singapore, and South Africa.  The program was hosted by Consul General of Italy Natalia Quintavalle.
