Ismail Nabeel, MD, MPH, MS, FACOEM is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Medicine and Public Health at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and serves as Deputy Medical Director of Employee Health, Safety and Wellness for the Mount Sinai Health System, specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses. Dr. Nabeel has a special interest in evolving Information Technology Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Impact of Climate Change in working population and Occupational and Environmental diseases.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Dr. Nabeel served for five years as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Occupational Medicine and Internal Medicine at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He previously set up an occupational medicine program at the Greater New Bedford Community Health Center in Massachusetts.

Dr. Nabeel  is a fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine (Occupational Medicine) and Clinical Informatics.
