Mount Sinai Wellness

Now more than ever, your wellness is a priority. We are dedicated to the well-being of all our staff at all times, and especially as we battle the spread of the coronavirus and care for those with COVID-19. We celebrate the recovery of thousands of our patients, deeply sympathize with those who have lost loved ones, and look forward to a time when we are able to move beyond these stressful challenges and regain our equilibrium.

We are here to help with you establish a wellness plan that supports your personal goals. Mount Sinai employees and students may refer to “A Guide to Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Help at Work” for a comprehensive list of resources.

Wellness during COVID-19 and Beyond

The Mount Sinai Wellness Programs, Mount Sinai Fit and Mount Sinai Calm, offer employees personalized and supportive health and wellness services. In addition, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides Mount Sinai employees and their families, and managers with the resources to support you through times that may be affecting home and work life by offering free, confidential, short-term counseling and referrals.
