Under the leadership of Dr. Sander Florman, MD, Mount Sinai’s Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute has established itself as one of the nation’s top abdominal organ transplantation centers, servicing patients who require kidney, pancreas, liver, and/or intestinal surgery. RMTI serves both adult and pediatric patients, and offers both living donor and deceased donor transplantation programs under the guidance of hepatologists, nephrologists, and other subspecialists.
