Medical Genetics and Genomics Telemedicine Appointments
Mount Sinai’s Division of Medical Genetics and Genomics offers telemedicine/video appointments to increase patient access, maximize the patient experience and efficiency. This patient friendly service continues to offer patients an opportunity to obtain medical services and facilitate the continuity of care. Telemedicine services are available for both new and existing patients and can be used for most visit types. Some conditions we evaluate, monitor, and treat require a physical examination and/or diagnostic evaluation in the office or other hospital locations. However, we encourage telemedicine visits to start the conversation about patients’ health care needs.
To request a Telemedicine visit, please call the Division of Medical Genetics and Genomics at 212-241-6947.
