Dr Prasun is board certified in Pediatrics, Medical Genetics, and Medical Biochemical Genetics. His special interests are inborn errors of metabolism, newborn screening, and mitochondrial disorders. He runs clinics to diagnose and treat patients with inborn errors of metabolism and is co-director of the Mitochondrial Medicine Program in the Division of Medical Genetics at the Mount Sinai.
