MyPath Moms

MyPath Moms is a personalized, guided 16-week postpartum recovery experience for women who want coordinated, whole-person care in the months after childbirth.

Recovery after childbirth does not end at your six-week check-up. Your body and your sense of self keep changing for months afterward, often in ways that a single appointment was never designed to address. MyPath Moms brings all of that into one coordinated clinical plan, addressing physical recovery, emotional health, nutrition, sexual wellness, and pelvic floor care. Rather than a series of disconnected visits, you have a single team whose members share information with one another and guide you together across the full arc of your recovery.

Most of your visits happen virtually, so you can fit your care around a new baby at home. A smaller number of key visits take place in person at the Rowan Center.

MyPath Moms is just one way to access care at the Rowan Center. Individual services are also available for those who prefer to address their concerns outside of a structured pathway.

Who this pathway is designed for 
This pathway is designed for women who are eight weeks to one year postpartum following a delivery at or after 24 weeks of pregnancy. It's built for those ready for care that supports their whole recovery, not just a single check-up. 

MyPath Moms+, for pregnancies that revealed added complexity 
Conditions like high blood pressure, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, postpartum depression or a more complicated delivery aren't just events that happened during pregnancy. They’re information about your future cardiovascular, metabolic, and emotional health. If your pregnancy involved a condition like this, you may be a fit for MyPath Moms+, an enhanced version of this same pathway built around your longer-term health. MyPath Moms+ includes everything in MyPath Moms, plus coordinated specialist visits in cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, or maternal-fetal medicine—incorporated only where they are clinically appropriate for you.

How this pathway works financially 
MyPath Moms and MyPath Moms+ are hybrid care models that include both services covered by your insurance and supplemental specialty care services that are not covered by insurance. Medical visits and testing are billed to your insurance based on your individual coverage. There is also a program fee of $800 for the 16-week guided care experience which includes multiple services, programs, and care coordination that is not covered by insurance. Full details will be reviewed before enrollment so you can make an informed decision. Enrollment is based on clinical fit.
