MyPath Balance 40+ is a personalized, guided six-month care experience for women in midlife who want a more coordinated and whole-person approach to hormonal health, weight changes, and general health optimization.
Many women find themselves trying to address menopause symptoms, weight changes, sleep issues, and preventive health concerns at the same time, often across different specialists. MyPath Balance 40+ brings menopause care, weight management, and treatment of conditions such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure into one coordinated clinical plan to address how these systems influence each other and reduce fragmentation. Midlife is also an important window into your future healthspan. MyPath Balance 40+ care is designed to improve how you feel now while helping protect cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal health for your future.
Your care in this pathway is guided by your own team of specialists in menopause, metabolism, cardiology, nutrition, and musculoskeletal health, with attention to how hormones, metabolism, sleep, and physical health interact during midlife.
MyPath Balance 40+ is just one way to access care at the Rowan Center. Individual services are also available for those who prefer to address their concerns outside of a structured pathway.
Who this pathway is best suited for
This pathway is designed for women ages 40 to 60 who are generally medically stable and interested in a structured and integrative approach to menopause, weight, and preventive health. It may not be appropriate for women undergoing active cancer treatment or those with complex medical needs requiring a different level of specialty care. The screening questions below will help determine whether this pathway is the right fit for you.
How this pathway works financially
MyPath Balance 40+ is a hybrid care model that includes both services covered by your insurance and supplemental specialty care services that are not covered by insurance. Medical visits and testing are billed to your insurance based on your individual coverage. There is also a program fee of $1,200 for the six-month guided care experience which includes multiple services, programs and care coordination that is not covered by insurance. Full details will be reviewed before enrollment so you can make an informed decision. Enrollment is based on clinical fit.
