Red Bull and BC One All Stars
Armore, PA /2019

Adam, Alex, and David from Performance360 teamed up with Red Bull to introduce high performance to the world’s best break-dancers - the Red Bull BC One All Stars.

Together, the teams explored ways in which nutrition, fitness, mindset, sleep, and technology can be used to influence break-dancing performance and how collaboration, focus, trust, and respect can uplift the group.

The two-day ‘camp’ setting created an incredible learning environment that facilitated the advancement of human performance and allowed for a truly one of a kind experience.

We are excited to see the breakers incorporate high performance strategies to elevate their sport, especially as they gear up for the 2024 Olympics.
