Our Performance360 program offers a range of services designed to help you reach your personal goals. Our experts will work with you to determine which program/s are best for you.
Our fitness services range from targeted performance assessments to bespoke supervised training programs to remote fitness programming. Whether your goals are to increase strength, endurance, mobility, core stability, or weight loss – we work closely with you to formulate your specific targets and identify your key needs using individualized assessments. Our highly skilled trainers apply an evidence-based approach including the latest practices in strength & conditioning and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.
Lactate Threshold Testing
Identifying the running speed/power output at which lactate begins to accumulate in your body is a practical way to measure your aerobic fitness and inform your training. Participants will come away from testing with a greater understanding of their fitness profile and individualized training zones.
The Test: This test is commonly performed on either the treadmill or the bicycle ergometer, but please get in contact if you have specific requests.
Session Time: 45 minutes
VO2max is the gold standard measure of cardiorespiratory fitness. Your VO2max is often referred to as ‘the size of your engine’ and informs your capacity for aerobic exercise. VO2max can be increased with training and repeated testing can monitor the effectiveness of your training program.
The Test: This test will be conducted by one of our exercise physiologists. It is commonly performed on either the treadmill or the bicycle ergometer.
Session Time: 45 minute
The primary goal of this assessment is to identify risk factors for injury specific to each individual. Participants will come away from testing with a greater understanding of their running mechanics and a strategy to correct or manage individual risks. This service may be of particular interest to individuals with prior injury or those new to running or marathon distance running who are serious about getting to the start line healthy.
The Test: This service involves a clinician-led video assessment of your stride characteristics during treadmill running.
Session Time: 45 minutes
Personal Training and Programming
Based on your specific goals, one of our exercise physiologists will determine the proper testing and analysis to perform. Based on that information, our strength and conditioning coach will develop an individualized fitness training and recovery program to help you reach your goals.
Programming: Programming can be delivered digitally or in person via personal training sessions for an additional fee. See individual services page for more information on our packaging.
Our nutrition program caters to clients seeking improvements in performance or health. Our services focus on nutrition assessments, programming and nutrition counseling. We offer expertise in nutrient analysis, meal planning, and supplements, as well as hydration strategies for sports performance. Our practice supports intuitive and mindful eating, gut health, disordered eating and autoimmune conditions. Contact us for individual or team nutrition support.

Not only does Performance360 staff leading doctors and physicians in their respective fields, such as orthopedics, neurology, and physical therapy, but we can provide you with the support of the larger Mount Sinai Hospital network to complement your performance services and help you manage injuries.
While our goal at Performance360 is to improve human performance, we understand that traditional medical services may be required to complement your performance training, treat injuries, and aid in recovery.
