Health and Wellness Classes and Events

We know that healthy aging is not just about getting the best medical care. It is also about helping people stay active and involved as long as they can to achieve vitality throughout their lives. At The Martha Stewart Center for Living, we provide more than great medical care—we offer integrative health programs, at both of our locations, as an adjunct to traditional clinical interventions including tai chi, yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and exercises for balance and building strong bones. These therapies are designed to help patients use internal resources to aid in the healing process.

We also offer classes and lectures, at the Center at The Mount Sinai Hospital on the Upper East Side and at Mount Sinai-Union Square, designed to help with memory retention and to keep your mind sharp as you age.

For caregivers of those living with dementia, please join our Facebook group. A community designed to help you find guidance and support from others walking a similar road, as well as from dementia experts at Mount Sinai.
