Seeking Treatment for Coronavirus (COVID-19)
If you think you may have COVID-19, and have respiratory symptoms such as coughing or difficulty breathing, or if you have had contact with a person who has COVID-19, use our Mount Sinai Now Virtual Care or call ahead to one of our Mount Sinai Urgent Care facilities.
It is especially important to wear a face mask on the way to your appointment to help prevent the spread of germs. Taking these precautions will help us contain the spread of the virus.
However, if you develop life-threatening conditions like severe shortness of breath, changes in mental status, severe dehydrations, or other complications, don’t hesitate to dial 911.
If you or a loved one has questions about COVID-19 symptoms, testing or treatment, you can text 4-SINAI (474624) from any mobile device to receive answers.
For any questions after receiving negative COVID-19 test results, you can call 646-605-5959 to receive further guidance.
