Harlem Health Center-Primary Care
At Mount Sinai-Harlem Health Center, our primary care doctors can help patients from infants to older adults. We emphasize preventive care and use evidence-based guidelines. We diagnose and treat conditions everything from the common cold to chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Since we see both children and adults, we get to know your whole family, helping us provide personalized care. And, for your convenience, we offer telehealth appointments as well as in-person visits.

If you need to see a specialist, we can connect you with experts at our onsite Multispecialty Clinic and Behavioral Health Services, and with other specialists throughout the Mount Sinai Health System. You can find us on the third floor of the Harlem Health Center. We are co-located with the Institute for Advanced Medicine.
