Half-Day Comprehensive Assessment
The Half Day Program includes the following:
- Review of past medical, social, and family history
- Physical examination
- Laboratory analysis
- 12-lead electrocardiogram
- Exercise stress echocardiogram
- Chest X-ray
- Carotid ultrasound
- Summary meeting
The day concludes with a summary meeting with the senior physician to review the preliminary results of all tests, images, and consults performed to complete the personalized health assessment and advise on appropriate next steps or follow up care.
