Areas of Focus
Operations and Design
We design and operate the structures and learning experiences that drive the success of our programs. Through intentional design, we create pathways that guide every participant through a clear, consistent, and meaningful journey.
Marketing and Communications
We raise awareness of our opportunities and ensure our programs are easy to understand and access. By sharing stories and insights, we ensure our pathways are visible and welcoming to all students, families, educators, and partners.
Evaluation and Tracking
We measure outcomes, track progress, and use data to assess program performance and strengthen curriculum and delivery. Our evaluation practices ensure pathways remain effective, equitable, and aligned with individual needs and workforce priorities.
Partnerships and Collaborations
We cultivate relationships that expand access to real-world learning. By collaborating with internal colleagues and teams and partnering with external educational community organizations, such as the New York City Department of Education, we build a strong support network to identify, recruit, and support students.
