Mount Sinai Doctors - Pediatrics 2 West 86th Street

At Mount Sinai Doctors – Pediatrics - 2 West 86th Street, part of the Mount Sinai Health System, we are here for you and your child, whether you need a routine check-up, an immunization, or care for an illness. We know you will have questions and we look forward to providing all the information you need.

We consider it both a great joy and responsibility to diagnose and treat your children. Most of us are parents ourselves, so we love young people and want to keep them healthy and happy. We know how important it is to be understanding and available. Our staff works hard to manage and maintain a professional, caring, and supportive environment—and keep everything moving in a timely manner. Our doctors continually pursue education to stay abreast of the latest in child health care. Since we are part of the Mount Sinai Health System, we can easily refer you specialists.

Jessica Walthall, NP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner on our team. She provides care to infants, children and adolescents and helps to promote growth and development while educating family members about plans of care. She works hand-in-hand with the pediatricians and other healthcare providers to provide the best care possible. Jessica trained at Yale School of Nursing. She loves working with children and teens of all ages and has an interest in early childhood development.

We encourage our patients, older than six months of age, to get flu vaccinations. To make it easy, we offer walk-in, first-come, first-serve flu clinics throughout the fall.

Your child's health is important to us. We look forward to providing the excellent medical care your child deserves—and getting to know your family.

Keeping in Touch

We would like to hear from you whenever you have a question or concern. Feel free to call us anytime at 212-787-1788. During office hours, you can leave a message for one of our doctors or with any of our patient coordinators and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

At night or on the weekends, you can call the same number and choose option "4" if your question can't wait until the next business day. You will be transferred to our nurse triage who can answer most issues, but they will page the doctor on call as needed. We always have a physician on call.
