Mount Sinai Liver Education and Action Program (LEAP) is a team of patient navigators, care coordinators, and behavioral health specialists dedicated to helping persons living with hepatitis B, C, and D receive the care they need. We tailor our services to your needs and preferences and work closely with your liver medical provider.
