Mount Sinai Health System’s Assurance and Compliance Services

The Assurance and Compliance Services Department at Mount Sinai Health System for Mount Sinai’s ACO (New York Medical Partners, ACO, LLC) supports the Institution’s commitment to legal and ethical conduct by all faculty and staff.

The Compliance office works collaboratively with ACO partners to ensure all faculty and staff are educated on the ACO's Code of Conduct and other relevant federal, state and regulatory laws that govern our practices in an effort to prevent and detect illegal and/or unethical behavior.
