Allergy & Immunology Telemedicine Appointments

Mount Sinai’s Division of Clinical Immunology offers telemedicine/video appointments to our patients with allergy and immunology concerns, for both urgent and routine care. We recognize that during this heightened alert about COVID-19, virtual appointments are extremely helpful because they reduce your potential risk of exposure. We use these appointments for follow-ups and selected initial visits.

We would like to offer all new patients the same courtesy and convenience. However, we appreciate your understanding that many immunologic conditions usually require a physical examination in the office. Most patients do not need in-person appointments for follow-up visits, which are typically shorter than initial visits. Hence, telemedicine offers quality follow-up care without the hassle of commuting. Our patients enjoy the various benefits of real-time video visits, which can include prescribing medications if needed.

Due to the urgent need to concentrate resources in the hospital and maintain the safety of our patients we are not currently scheduling in-person visits.
