Vaccine Appointment Information

Because of sudden changes in the allocations of COVID-19 vaccine that we are receiving, we unfortunately had to temporarily pause scheduling of non-employees and cancel patient appointments scheduled from Friday, January 15, through Tuesday, January 19. Vaccine appointments for Wednesday, January 20, and beyond remain on the calendar. We will confirm those appointments 24 to 48 hours in advance, and we will contact those whose appointments were canceled as soon as vaccine supplies are available to reschedule.

Please note that New York State is now requiring proof of residency or employment in the state in order to be vaccinated. For more details on the document requirements, click here. If you are not eligible for vaccination in New York State, please do not make an appointment with us as we are required to follow these rules.

Per New York State guidance, we are continuing to vaccinate our eligible employees and our voluntary faculty and staff, and we will continue to honor appointments for second doses of vaccine.

The guidelines set by the New York State Department of Health have been rapidly changing—and we are committed to providing the latest information. Please be patient and do not call your doctor’s office or our facilities about COVID-19 vaccination appointments at this time.
