Mount Sinai Greenmarket
Greenmarket is closed until next season
Each Wednesday from June through November, we invite shoppers to buy locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables and seasonal baked goods. In addition to fresh food items, there will be cooking demonstrations, free samples, educational materials on healthy living, and special events.
Along with the fresh produce, the Greenmarket offers:
- Discount coupons and promotions
- Healthy cooking demonstrations and recipe exchanges
- Free medical screenings
The market accepts EBT, Senior Vouchers, New York City Health Bucks, Mount Sinai coupons, and debit/credit cards. For every $5 spent in food stamps, Greenmarket shoppers will receive $2 in Health Bucks.
From June to November, shoppers can sign up for our raffle. Winners receive a GrowNYC reusable shopping bag filled with fruits and vegetables, a $2 Mount Sinai Greenmarket coupon, and more goodies.
The Greenmarket is a partnership between Mount Sinai Medical Center and the GrowNYC.
