Ira S. Nash, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and is Professor of Medicine and Health Evidence and Policy at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Nash leads the Office for Excellence in Patient Care which oversees all safety and quality of care related activities in the Medical Center. Dr. Nash is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases, and is a practicing Cardiologist.
