Biography

    After her residency training, Dr. Kang received a Dr. Barnett A. Slepian Memorial Fund training grant to further her clinical training in women’s health. Her interests include women’s health, healthcare for the homeless, eliminating disparities and continuous quality improvement. Dr. Kang is a faculty advisor for the Harlem Residency in Family Medicine.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
