Location, Directions & Parking
Mount Sinai Queens is located in Astoria, at the corner of Crescent Street and 30th Avenue. We are easily accessible by car and public transportation, and we are only a 10-minute taxi ride from LaGuardia Airport and Long Island City.
Public Transit Directions
We can be reached by the following public transit routes:
- Subway: Take the N or W to the 30th Avenue Station. Walk west on 30th Avenue (the street numbers should be descending)for about .2 miles. The Mount Sinai Queen Pavilion, Mount Sinai Queens Imaging, Mount Sinai Doctors Queens, PreSurgical Testing, and Surgery are at 2520 30th Avenue, 3 1/2 blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street.
- The Hospital entrance is approximately 50 feet further along on the same side, at 25-10 30th Avenue.
- Bus: Take Queens Bus Q18 or Q102 to the stop at 30th Avenue and Crescent Street. The Hospital is between 27th Street and Crescent Street, at 25-10 30th Avenue.

From Manhattan via the RFK Bridge
Via the RFK Bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge) toward the Grand Central Parkway. As the RFK Bridge ends, stay to the right and exit at Astoria Boulevard and 31st Street. Turn right on 31st Street (under the train tracks). Continue on 31st Street until you reach 30th Avenue. Turn right on 30th Avenue. The Hospital is 3 ½ blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street, 25-10 30th Avenue.
From Manhattan via the Ed Koch Queensborough Bridge Upper Level
Bear right when exiting the bridge. Turn right onto 21st Street. Take 21st Street to 30th Avenue. Turn right onto 30th Avenue. The Hospital is 2 blocks up and will be on your right, 25-10 30th Avenue.
From Manhattan via the Ed Koch Queensborough Bridge Lower Level
Bear left while exiting the bridge. Turn left on Northern Boulevard. Bear left at 31st Street, following the train tracks. Turn left on 30th Avenue. The Hospital is 3 ½ blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street, 25-10 30th Avenue.
From Brooklyn
Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) Eastbound to the Grand Central Parkway, toward the RFK Bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge). Exit at 31st Street (#45, last exit before the bridge). Continue to 31st Street (under the train tracks). Turn left on 31st Street. Continue on 31st Street until you reach 30th Avenue. Turn right on 30th Avenue. The Hospital is 3 ½ blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street, 25-10 30th Avenue.
From The Bronx
Take the Major Deegan Expressway to the RFK Bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge) toward the Grand Central Parkway. As the RFK Bridge ends, stay to the right and exit at Astoria Boulevard and 31st Street. Turn right on 31st Street (under the train tracks). Continue on 31st Street until you reach 30th Avenue. Turn right on 30th Avenue. The Hospital is 3 ½ blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street, 25-10 30th Avenue.
From Eastern Long Island
Take the Grand Central Parkway West, toward the RFK Bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge). Exit at 31st Street (#45, last exit before the bridge). Continue to 31st Street (under the train tracks). Turn left on 31st Street. Continue on 31st Street until you reach 30th Avenue. Turn right on 30th Avenue. From LaGuardia Airport
Take a car or taxi to Grand Central Parkway West, toward the RFK Bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge). Exit at 31st Street (#45, last exit before the bridge). Continue to 31st Street (under the train tracks). Turn left on 31st Street. Continue on 31st Street until you reach 30th Avenue. Turn right on 30th Avenue. From JFK Airport
Take a car or taxi to the Van Wyck Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway, toward the RFK Bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge). Exit at 31st Street (#45, last exit before the bridge). Continue to 31st Street (under the train tracks). Turn left on 31st Street. Continue on 31st Street until you reach 30th Avenue. Turn right on 30th Avenue. The Hospital is 3 ½ blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street, 25-10 30th Avenue.
Parking Information
For the convenience of our patients and visitors, parking is available, for a fee, at the Mount Sinai Queens parking facility located on 30th Road, between Crescent Street and 23rd Street, on the right side of the street. The lot, open seven days a week, 6 am to 9 pm, is a short walk to many of the Mount Sinai Queens inpatient and outpatient facilities.
