Mount Sinai West Radiology at 787 is our state-of-the-art facility situated on 11th Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets. We use the most advanced equipment and techniques available at Mount Sinai West – 787. Our highly trained health care providers and specialists have extensive experience with all types of imaging. We offer full-service breast imaging at our location. This includes:

• Annual screening mammography (both regular and 3D)
• Breast ultrasound
• Interventional breast radiology
• Magnetic resonance imaging

Outstanding Patient Treatment and Student Training

For most of its century-plus existence, Mount Sinai West has been known for its tradition of medical education. It has long been focused on training doctors in multiple specialties, including radiology. We had an early relationship with the College of Physicians and Surgeons, beginning in the 19th century. We were also the first site of Mount Sinai’s nursing school. Our dedication to education is nothing new.

In the 21st century, we are one of the locations for the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai’s Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program and Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship.  We also offer instruction in radiology to students at Icahn Mount Sinai and to national and international guest medical students.

Mount Sinai West’s connection with imaging is also longstanding. The hospital formed its Radiation Department in 1900 and has been using robotics in its radiation diagnostics and treatment since 2011. We are well situated to provide you with the best possible imaging diagnostics and treatment.
