Patient Representatives

Patient representatives work with our patients and their families to address any issues they may have — problems, complaints, or concerns about their health care or with our services — that other staff are unable to resolve.

How to Reach a Patient Representative

Patient representatives are on call Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. They can be reached at 212-523-3700.

At other times, please call 212-523-4000 and ask for the nursing administrator.
