Radiology

To make an accurate diagnosis, our doctors need information. Radiology plays a key role in telling us what we need to know about your condition or disease. Once doctors have an accurate diagnosis, they can develop the best possible treatment plan. Radiology plays a key role.

If you are on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Mount Sinai Morningside Radiology can help. We perform a wide range of outpatient and inpatient diagnostic imaging and interventional services. And we work as a team throughout the Mount Sinai Health System. We collaborate with patient services throughout the hospital, as well as with Mount Sinai West in West Midtown and Mount Sinai Beth Israel in the Gramercy area. When appropriate, we share information with the rest of the Mount Sinai Health System hospitals and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. We know how important it is to provide full and reliable information to referring doctors 24/7.

Radiology Consultation Services

Radiology is not a “one-stop shop.” For each set of symptoms, there is a specific imaging test that can provide the crucial information.  Some conditions also need follow-up imaging. We work closely with your doctor to make the best possible use of imaging tests.
