Pediatric Liver Disease

If your child has acute or chronic liver disease, we can help. The Division of Pediatric Hepatology at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital provides excellent, state-of-the-art care.

We are committed to you and your child. We work closely with you and your family, to ensure the best possible outcome.  Our team includes pediatric liver specialists, surgeons, transplant specialists, psychologists, psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, social workers, nutritionists, and child life specialists.

We are part of the Mount Sinai Health System. This gives us—and you—ready access to experts in many areas outside of hepatology. We can easily speak with experts at the Children’s Heart Center, kidney, infectious diseases, pulmonary, and cancer teams, and the Recanati-Miller Transplantation Institute (RMTI). RMTI is one of the top solid organ transplant programs in the country. This lets you consult with leading transplant surgeons and hepatologists as well as experts in imaging and interventional radiology. You also benefit from the close collaboration between our pediatric and adult liver specialists.
