The Bridge Program

The Bridge Program is dedicated to providing integrated care for female patients facing substance use disorders or those at risk. Addiction is a common problem among pregnant people. It can lead to devastating results for parents, children, and communities.

Led by a specialized provider trained in addiction medicine and obstetrics and gynecology, this program offers a safe and non-stigmatizing space for women seeking comprehensive care. We specialize in the treatment of pregnant people who have a history of addiction, or use or misuse of any substance including nicotine, alcohol, opioids, and other drugs, or lives with someone who does. We also welcome patients who are not currently pregnant or using substances, but are in need of OB/GYN care.

Whether you have an established substance abuse disorder, are at risk, or seek HIV prevention through PrEP, the Bridge Program offers routine outpatient OB/GYN treatment, addiction treatment, and consultation services, ensuring that every patient receives the personalized care they deserve.

We provide the following services:

  • Consultation services for pregnant patients with substance abuse disorders
  • Comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN treatment, including PrEP
  • Gynecologic and obstetric services
  • Treatment and support for people with substance abuse disorders
  • Referrals

If you are pregnant or thinking of getting pregnant and have been affected by substance use, the Bridge Program provides compassionate and personalized health care services.

The Bridge Program is the first step on a path to better and more inclusive health care. We understand that it is important to develop a strong foundation of trust in the doctor and patient relationship.
