Clinical Coordinators
Joan Bell, LCSW
is the Clinical Coordination of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic. She received her MS in social work from Columbia University, and she has focused her career on services to children and families within urban community mental health settings in New Orleans and in New York City.

As a clinician, supervisor, administrator, and program developer, Ms. Bell has worked to enhance delivery of mental health services to vulnerable populations. Ms. Bell has supervised social work interns in various capacities since 1994. She has served as an adjunct professor at Tulane University School of Social Work and is currently an adjunct lecturer at the Columbia University School of Social Work.

Mona Dreier, PhD is the Clinical Coordinator of the Therapeutic Nursery and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a PhD from New York University School of Social Work. She has more than 25 years experience in providing mental health services to children and their families. Her work in the therapeutic nursery focuses on facilitating the parent child relationship with children who present with significant behavior problems and/or developmental delays. She has published in regard to leading parent groups and has made many presentations to community groups and at professional conferences

Erica Rubinstein, LCSW is the Clinical Coordinator for the Integrated After Care Program and has more than 10 years of experience working with children and families in the mental health field. Ms. Rubinstein has been trained in the provision of, and supervision of staff use of, evidence based treatments for childhood depression, trauma exposure and the treatment of disruptive behavior disorders. She has specialized in crisis intervention as well as trauma work. Ms. Rubinstein recently presented the IAC Program at the Sixth International Conference on Social Work in Health and Mental Health in Dublin, Ireland.
