There is good stress that helps win a race or perform better at work, and then there's bad stress like the stress of an argument.

A new study recently presented says a woman's heart is more at risk for a heart attack from bad stress than a man's heart. "In men, the coronary arteries actually improve blood flow to the heart during stress, whereas in women there was no improvement or dilatation of the arteries," said Dr. Mary Ann McLaughlin from The Mount Sinai Medical Center.
