A new study finds that laid-back people have better memories than those who are considered neurotic.
Researchers from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York conducted the study among 40 adults by measuring their brain activity after they finished a memory test. "We found that people who are more neurotic, perhaps because they have the tendency to worry, were less efficient," study lead author Sophia Frangou said.
