Dr. Torgalkar received her medical degree from Update Medical University in Syracuse, New York. She performed her internship and residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine. Her clinical interests are focused on caring for hospitalized patients. She enjoys teaching medical students and residents as well educating her colleagues on CPT coding and medical billing. Dr. Torgalkar is Hospitalist for the Division of Hospital Medicine.
