About Me
Paula Brignoni-Blume, MD MPH is a board certified gynecologist at Mount Sinai Doctors. She completed her residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island. As a chief resident she was the recipient of the AAGL award for her laparoscopy skills. Dr. Brignoni-Blume’s focus is in gynecology and women’s health with a special interest in abnormal pap smears, birth control, vaginal disorders and sexually transmitted diseases.
Dr. Brignoni-Blume is a highly skilled OB/GYN who provides the most advanced medical care to females of all ages, from young patients to women going through and in menopause. Dr. Blume strives to educate women on making healthy and informed medical decisions, and aims to provide excellent care to the community, personalized attention, and compassionate GYN care to women of all ages. She has a strict practice philosophy to listen carefully and honor each patient. She recognizes individual patient needs and tailors her care accordingly.
